Vengeance - Sympathy

• Music for your Soul?

  Nikolai doesn't have a spiritual soul that inhabits his body. If anyone were to send an ability that targeted his soul, it would instead hit the demon that lives within him. He does, however, have a Phylactery, and will act in the same way in which a Lich does - If he dies in combat with his phylactery still in-tact, he will "respawn" after a short period of time, though Vengeance will have control for quite a while.
  
  Nikolai's phylactery is his mask.

• "Your world? Forfeit."

  • Race: Spirit/Demon. I classify him as a Rogue Spirit, not quite a Revenant.
  • Class: If anything, a berserker. Not even that, though - Really, a class can't quite name him.
  • Alignment: Chaotic Evil
  • Body Type: His body is continuously changing, as the energy around him is constantly changing. Normally he looks exactly like Nikolai, though how much energy he is channeling changes it.
  • Height: Again, it changes. Once he first turns, he's 5 foot 11 inches.
  • Weight: Near weightless from the constant energy use.
  • Complexion: Vengeance's skin is completely black.
  • Hair: Vengeance's hair is a dark brown, with orange on all the tips.
  • Eyes: His golden eye turns black, his orange eye turns white.
  • Handedness: Vengeance rarely attacks with phyical combat, but prefers the right hand when he does.
  • Personality: The best way to phrase this would be "Mindless Killing Machine."
  • Weaponry: Vengeance has claws made from corrupt energy, as well as the steel longsword if he has it when he turns.
  • Armor: Vengeance phases out of any armor that Nikolai may be wearing, minus the leather he wears all the time.
  • Strengths: Inhuman speed, durability, and magical ability.
  • Weaknesses: He's dim witted, only wishing to kill. His strength is more focused on having to hit the target several times, and he can't come up with any strategy other than "Kill kill kill!"

• Appearance

  Vengeance is a black spirit, who once unleashed, will stop at nothing to destroy anything that even seems as if it could oppose him. Although it can't manifest itself naturally, by using Nikolai's body as a host, he is able to unleash himself, albeit in a weaker sense. In much of a sense, he's identical to Nikolai, with several modifications. Pale skin turns coal black, and his hair becomes red along the edges. If he is wearing the mask, it fuses with his body, and thus gives him another point in Constitution as added protection[adding up to a total of 7]. He is incredibly fast, to the point where he could outrun essentially anything other than the fastest beings. Suit and jacket would be all but ripped from his body, though they would form together to create a long, black robe with white lines tracing from his chest, out to each of his limbs. If he was wielding the guitar during the transformation, it would serve as his weapon, letting him use vibrations and sound as his weapon. Otherwise, he uses the claws that form on his fingertips as his weapons. His golden eye becomes pure white, while the orange one turns all black. Along his back, a single black wing would start to sprout. Although it was too small for flight, being only about half of his size, it allows him to jump into the air and glide a distance, if not only for confusion purposes.
  
  Nikolai loses all human morals in this state, and the only way to bring him out is for a friend to call out for him, or to be completely leveled by a stronger opponent. Nikolai, generally, has a very small stature, and thus is easily knocked down. It would take only one blow to completely revert him back to his human state, although it would take a massive blow to do so. Even with how strong and fast he is, rage simply takes over. He can't reason, and because of this, often simply charges in headfirst for the next kill.

• Abilities/Buffs

  Transformation - Nikolai takes three RP posts/turns to become Vengeance, unless further provoked, in which the transformation will happen in two turns. The only way to provoke the faster change is to threaten his friends, although it's highly unlikely the transformation will happen at all.
  
  Speed Burst - Vengeance charges his energy for a split second, giving him enough power to push through the air at incredible speed - Faster than most humans, though slower than his Spatial Leap. [Instantly used along with another attack, unless it takes a charge turn.
  
  Soul Rend - Vengeance's claws reap deeper into you than just flesh, and they go for your very spirit. Holy targets could possibly take more damage, and unholy targets would take less[unless otherwise discussed]. [Instant transmission, though easily dodged unless used with his speed burst.]
  
  Spatial Leap - With what little magical power Nikolai has, Vengeance is able to harness it once per transformation, leaping through space itself, appearing in an area of his choosing. As this is a fairly broken ability, he can only use it once, and only if previous discussed. [One turn to charge, another to use the ability.]
  
  Bloodrage - When attacked, Vengeance will go into a form of berserk. With each hit he endures, his anger rises, giving a bonus to attack while cutting down Constitution greatly. Most hits in Bloodrage have a chance to stagger the opponent, though dice rolls or agreement will find this out. [Instant "berserk" mode.]
  
  Chaotic Vortex - If Vengeance is in a bloodrage for a considerable amount of time, he will realize the hopelessness of the situation. He will then try and latch onto his opponent, and if succeeded, will start charging up all of his remaining energy. This lasts two turns, in which the opponent has any chance at all to break out of it. No matter if he stays connected or not, Chaotic Vortex happens, which tries to completely destroy any spiritual energy in the area. Easily avoidable as long as you're far enough away, as the blast is only a few feet. However, any contact whatsoever will absorb magical and spiritual power by the second. It only lasts for about five seconds, and Nikolai is left in place of Vengeance while he powers back up. This attack takes one turn to grapple the opponent, and one turn to detonate.
  
  Aura! - Vengeance's aura is all black, while the very outside edge is gray.

• Sympathy

  Below is a listing of Sympathy's abilities, his description, and whatnot. Everything above this point is about Vengeance.

• "Your world? Intriguing.."

  • Race: Spirit/Demon, emits a holy aura somewhat like an angel
  • Class: "Arcane Warrior", channels magics into melee attacks.
  • Alignment: Lawful Neutral
  • Body Type: Basically the same as Vengeance - Morphing about, but with Nikolai's general shape.
  • Height: Changes based on energy, but starts at around 5"11'.
  • Weight: Maintains a near weightless form from constant energy exertion.
  • Complexion: The left half of Sympathy's body is completely snow white, while the other half is completely black.
  • Hair: Sympathy's hair is snow white, with blood red around the tips.
  • Eyes: One eye is pure white, the other is pure black.
  • Handedness: Sympathy rarely resorts to physical attacks, but when he does, he prefers the right hand.
  • Personality: Cold, yet merciful. Sympathy sees himself as a higher being and generally only goes after those that target him.
  • Weaponry: Sympathy has his white-purple aura that can manifest into claws and other such attacks, as well as a steel longsword if he has it on his person when he transforms.
  • Armor: Sympathy phases out of any armor that Nikolai may be wearing at the time.
  • Strengths: Near-limitless magical prowess, extreme speed, durability.
  • Weaknesses: Extremely cocky, weakness to both holy and unholy magics, massive energy use means any damage he takes could potentially knock him out of the Sympathy transformation.

• Appearance

  Sympathy is a mix between a holy spirit and and unholy spirit, essentially a perfect combining of Vengeance and Nikolai. This spirit looks much the same as Nikolai or Vengeance, though one half of his body is completely white while the other half is completely black. While in this form, his aura takes on a yin-yang sort of perspective, with mixing purple and white auras dancing around, obviously fighting for control. Sympathy is a transformation that, while he maintains his form, exerts an incredible amount of sheer power and pressure, to the point that even Nikolai takes constant damage while in this form. His constant-changing shape moves around, mixing with the energy and dissolving, reforming, and repeating over and over. In this form, Nikolai is essentially immune to most forms of magic that aren't holy or unholy, though exhibits clear weaknesses to the before-mentioned magic types. Physical attacks are also an easy way to defeat Sympathy, though to defeat Sympathy may be an impossible feat - The transformation will last a very, very short time, if he can even maintain it long enough so that Vengeance doesn't take over.
  
  Sympathy stands, when first summoned, at 5 foot 11 inches. He is essentially nude, though any kind of human anatomy on his entire body would be shrouded by his aura and the obvious amounts of energy exploding off of his body. Two wings sprout from Nikolai's back, one clearly Angelic in nature, the other bloody and ripped, feathers pulled out, and pure black as a Raven's would be. Sympathy does not ever stand straight, always slouching forwards so that his arms would be dangling. When he moves, he does not walk, instead seeming to hover while across the ground, an awful smile latched upon his face. His eyes would stare at everything and nothing, no pupils to indicate the direction he was looking - His black Voided eye obviously full of hatred, the white one full of disappointment. His hair would fall long past his shoulders, snow-white except for the tips surrounding, which were a deep, blood red.
  
  If Sympathy maintains the transformation and Vengeance doesn't take over, his aura becomes pure white, covering his entire body as an armor and forming claws upon his hands, and vicious teeth in front of his mouth. Sympathy also gains some semblance of clothing in a white robe constructed of his aura, as well as a long, flowing, purple cape that draped the ground for at least two feet behind him. Overall, a horrible, disgusting beast that still had some shred of Angelic and holy power.

• Abilities/Buffs

  Transformation - If Nikolai gets himself to the point where Sympathy is required, something is wrong. This combination is created through Nikolai letting his rage or emotion boil over to a point where even Vengeance is agreeing with him, and they combine perfectly. Normally, Vengeance takes over the transformation to force Herself into the human world, but Sympathy is created when both parties have equal footing on their transformation. This transformation takes the same amount of time as Vengeance, but burns even more health and mana every second. Causes immense strain on both Vengeance and Nikolai, and exerts force great enough to cause stress to even those who aren't magically attuned.
  
  Warp - Spatial ability, Sympathy can manipulate his very position within space to make himself move to another person. Takes much more power to Warp to closer positions, I.E. for dodging.
  
  Annihilation Rend - Like Soul Rend, except much more powerful. Claws go not only for your soul, but can potentially rip apart anything living and simply destroy it. Very dangerous, but it's an aura-based power. Silencing his magic can potentially stop it.
  
  Annihilation Sword - See the above, except infused into a sword. Much harder to stop with silences.
  
  Judgement - Sympathy, above all, is an extremely neutral being. It sees itself as being above all else, and with this ability, seeks to cast down Judgement upon the unworthy. This ability will not work on those who are sure in their goals and achievements, but will rip apart anything in its path that may doubt itself. Even if the person's goal is good, if they doubt themselves, this ability will strike true. Vice versa is true, where if they're sure of themselves, even if the goal is evil, the ability won't have much effect.
  
  Forgiveness - Sympathy's final ability. He summons what is essentially a massive wave of energy to channel within his right or left hand, or both, if the situation requires. This ability takes three turns, and once per turn, a pure white line will form around Sympathy's head as he speaks in his long-forgotten tongue, which is a mix between Demonic and Angelic. After the three turns end, and the third line forms back around his head, he unleashes a massive amount of energy, which aims itself at anyone of a Good or Evil alignment. Assuming they are Neutral, this ability will completely disregard them.
